Robert Cook is a dual-qualified Solicitor and Costs Lawyer in England and Wales, with over a decade of experience in legal costs and litigation practice. Robert oversees the firm’s strategic direction and maintains close involvement in complex and high-value matters, ensuring cases are handled with precision, efficiency, and strong legal footing. His background in costs gives the firm a distinct advantage in maximising recoveries and managing risk throughout the lifecycle of a claim.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending time with his family and walking their two Boxer dogs, Poppy and Charlie.
Shannon is a Law graduate of Edge Hill University (2020) and is currently working towards qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive. She is studying with The Law Academy to obtain her CILEx qualifications.

Prior to joining Cook Legal, she gained experience in the landlord and tenant sector as a negotiator, giving her a strong practical understanding of the issues faced by both parties.
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with family and friends, going for walks, and reading.
