Robert Cook
Founder | Director
Robert is a Solicitor and the Managing Director of Cook Legal. Robert’s background stems from over a decade working in legal costs and practice. He has put this vast experience into setting up Cook Legal Ltd to specialise in helping tenants with Tenancy Deposit disputes.
In his spare time, Robert enjoys taking leisurely strolls with his family and their two Boxer dogs, Poppy and Charlie.
Shannon Morgan
Paralegal
Shannon is a Law graduate (2020) of Edgehill University. She is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Legal Executive and is currently studying at The Law Academy to obtain her CILEx qualifications.
Shannon joined Cook Legal in July 2023 when she began working on Tenancy Deposit Claims. Prior to her experience at Cook Legal she worked in the landlord and tenant industry as a negotiator.
In her spare time she enjoys being with her family & friends, going on walks and reading a good book.
Heather Griffiths
Chartered Legal Executive
Heather is a FCILEx with nearly 2 decades of experience in the legal industry. She started her journey working in Criminal Law progressing via Costs to her current position dealing with Tenancy Deposit matters. Her focus is offering clear, practical legal advice to achieve the best results for clients, and is constantly looking for better ways to deliver success.
Outside of the office, she loves to channel her creativity through gift wrapping and cooking as well as being a prolific reader of mainly non-fiction literature.
